Registration fees
The registration fee covers the 3 days of the conference and includes:
- Access to all the sessions
- Conference proceedings
- Lunch breaks, morning and afternoon coffee breaks.
- Conference Kit
- Gala dinner

Please note that the registration process will be incomplete until the conference secretariat sends you a confirmation via email.
P.S: For French institutions, the « Bon de commande » option can also be utilized subsequent to selecting the Bank Transfer option.
Important Note (July 22nd): Due to administrative reasons, payment by credit card is currently unavailable. However, we are pleased to inform you that wire transfer is available as an alternative payment method at this time. Should you prefer to proceed with a wire transfer, you can do so immediately. Additionally, we would like to let you know that the option for credit card payments will be accessible again starting from August 30th.
